1. The refund policy for gift cards from Crunchy’s Desserts Pty Ltd and Crunchy’s Waffles Pty Ltd is exclusively for the original buyer, not the gift card recipient, and applies to both full and partial refunds or usage at our mobile unit. To confirm the transaction and identity, we require the last four digits of the debit or credit card used for the purchase plus the original receipt. 

2. Only original physical gift cards accompanied by the receipt are eligible for refunds. Gift cards bought in our restaurant can be used at our double decker bus. Copies, pictures or scans will not be accepted. For online purchases, a printed version must be mailed to Crunchy’s at the specified address. 

3. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, necessitating the recipient’s name, BSB, account number, and contact information for any needed follow-up. 

4. Please note that promotional gift cards from commercial partners, like real estate agents, are not eligible for refunds. 

5. Refund requests must be made within three months of the purchase date, as indicated on the card or proof of purchase, and surcharges are not refundable. 

6. Our decision on refunds is final and not open to discussion or appeal. 

7. All physical gift cards plus receipt to request a refund must be sent to Crunchy’s Waffles Holding Pty Ltd, PO Box 420, Jimboomba QLD 4280. 

8. Refund requests submitted via email, text, or other digital formats will not be accepted. 

9. Please allow up to eight business days for processing your refund request after we receive it; we will reach out if further information is needed.
